WebPlatform Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WebPlatform services operated by TechSkype. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account. You must not use WebPlatform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsolicited, or security-disrupting activity. Communication features must be used with appropriate customer consent and in accordance with provider policies.

Plans, payments, and third-party services

Prices, plan inclusions, billing periods, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payment, identity, messaging, email, and social-login features may depend on third-party providers and their terms. WebPlatform cannot guarantee availability of a third-party service outside its control.

Software and content

WebPlatform and its original software, branding, and service content remain owned by TechSkype or its licensors. Plugin licences and open-source components remain subject to the licence supplied with that software.

Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop misuse. We may update services and these terms as products and legal requirements change.
