Can WebPlatform diagnose patients or create AI prescriptions?
No. AI may assist with summaries, reminders, or structured drafts, but an authorized medical practitioner must review and approve clinical content. WebPlatform does not replace a doctor or guarantee a diagnosis.
Can any pharmacy fulfil an order?
No. Medicine fulfilment must be performed by participating licensed pharmacies with pharmacist and prescription validation, subject to applicable law and service location.
Who controls the prescription?
Prescription creation remains restricted to authorized medical practitioners. The workflow can support patient access, secure download, verification, version history, controlled signature, and selected pharmacy sharing.
Can the platform support multiple clinics and doctors?
Yes. The workflow can model doctors, specializations, locations, schedules, leave, consultation types, fees, queues, staff roles, and reporting.
What should a clinic assess before implementation?
Review clinical governance, practitioner authorization, privacy and security controls, retention, access audits, data export and deletion, pharmacy licensing, payment flows, and applicable telemedicine and medicine-sale requirements.
