Platform Update
WebPlatform Launches Plugin and Module Guides Plus WhatsApp API Wiki
WebPlatform has reached a new product milestone: customers, developers, and implementation partners can now use a connected documentation library for WordPress plugins, platform modules, and WhatsApp API integrations.
The release makes it easier to understand what WebPlatform offers, choose the right integration, and move from evaluation to a tested implementation without exposing private platform operations or customer-specific information.
Public WordPress and WooCommerce plugin guides
The new WebPlatform Plugin Guides explain how to install, connect, test, and use the available WordPress and WooCommerce extensions. Current guides cover the WebPlatform Email Connector, WebPlatform Messaging Connector, WebPlatform Social Login, and the Sodexo and Pluxee payment gateway for WooCommerce.
Each guide focuses on customer tasks such as downloading a plugin, activating it, configuring WordPress settings, testing delivery or payment flow, and following consent requirements before going live.
A public wiki for 12 WebPlatform module groups
The WebPlatform Module Wiki provides a practical overview of the platform's connected business capabilities. It covers storefronts and pages, product catalogs, packages, subscriptions, orders, payments, invoices, appointments, customers, leads, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, social publishing, automation, analytics, plugins, and integrations.
This grouped view helps businesses see how the modules work together. A storefront can capture a customer, commerce can create an order and invoice, campaigns can support follow-up, and reports can show the resulting activity in one operational flow.
WhatsApp API documentation for developers
The sign-in protected WebPlatform WhatsApp API Wiki documents approved template messages, customer-service text messages, website status alerts, callback webhooks, targeting, consent, response codes, and troubleshooting for WebPlatform customers.
Copy-ready examples use safe placeholders and recommend server-to-server integration so merchant access credentials are not exposed in browser code. The guide also explains that an accepted or queued request is different from confirmed message delivery.
Designed for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom websites
WebPlatform's connector approach supports businesses that operate across more than one channel. WordPress and WooCommerce users can install supported plugins, Shopify applications can synchronize through a secure backend, and custom websites can connect through documented APIs where available.
Consent remains central to the workflow. Email and messaging audiences should include only contacts with the appropriate permission, and WhatsApp business-initiated communication may require an approved template.
